Sehr geehrter Herr Wilhelm, liebe Mitarbeiter,
im Herbst 2020 habe ich die Hangstufen für den sehr steilen Abschnitt des Gartens meiner Eltern im tschechischen K. bestellt. Zuerst nur 3 Stufen, zum Ausprobieren, danach gleich die restlichen. Abgesehen von der schnellen und einwandfreien Lieferung waren die Stufen an einem Nachmittag problemlos montiert, seitdem halten alle fest, auch nach dem Winter war keine Nachbesserung nötig, es wackelt nichts, man fühlt sich nach wie vor sicher beim Gehen. Wir haben die Stufen auch im Winter benutzt. Im Vergleich zu einer Betontreppe waren diese schneller schneefrei und rutschfest. Die Pflanzen, die jetzt im Frühjahr durch die Löcher sprießen, werden beim Gehen abgetreten, das ist überhaupt kein Problem. Auch optisch sind die Stufen ein schönes und interessantes Element im Garten. Insgesamt eine schnelle und flexible, aber trotzdem vollwertige und elegante Alternative. Vielen Dank! Use work gloves and safe, sturdy footwear when transporting, assembling and dismantling the steps.
During assembly, make sure that the slope steps are firmly anchored. In any case, use the steel rod and make sure that it protrudes evenly on the right and left. Carry out a load test to check that the steps do not give way in the soil.
When assembling, make sure that the tread surface has a slight inclination towards the slope. Make sure that you do not get overweight and tip over to the front.
Only step on the steps with sturdy shoes.
Do not step on the steps during or after rain, wetness, ice or snow. When stepping onto the steps after rain, wetness, ice or snow, check that the steps do not give way in the ground and that there is good stability.
3. Use
The steps serve to improve the accessibility of slopes and embankments. The steps may only be used for this purpose (i.e. for the intended use).
Only healthy persons with unrestricted walking ability who are sure of their steps and footing may use the steps. If you are unsure, please refrain from using them!
4. Maintenance
Make sure that the steps are always free of dirt, soil, leaves, twigs and the like. This is the only way to ensure a safe step and a secure footing.
5. Liability
When handling the slope steps purchased, the manufacturer's information and instructions as well as the information on the safety instructions (see point 2. Safety and also enclosed in the box with the steps) must be observed. Defective products must be taken out of service immediately. The liability of Hangstufen.de and its vicarious agents is in any case limited to intent, gross negligence and breach of material contractual obligations. Liability for damage resulting from use of the purchased product contrary to its intended purpose is excluded.
